Tomi identifies itself as an AI assistant calling on behalf of a customer at the start of every call — this cannot be turned off, and it never impersonates a human. Recording rules vary by country; where all-party consent applies, Tomi additionally announces that the call is recorded. You choose the destination, so you stay responsible for the call being lawful where you and the callee are.
Tomi places outbound calls only. If a business promises to call back, ask Tomi to schedule a follow-up outbound call instead — more reliable than waiting by the phone in a language you don’t speak.
That’s the hardest part and it’s built in. Tomi listens to IVR trees, presses the right keys, waits through hold queues (that time is free for you), and stays on the line through transfers.

Name the place and Tomi looks it up: you get the number in dialable international form, the address, the opening hours and whether it is open right now — and you approve the number before anything is dialed. The lookup is free and places no call. Tomi also reads the place's own page beforehand, so the call doesn't open by asking what the website already answers.
Tomi always opens the call by disclosing that the caller is an AI assistant acting on behalf of the person who requested it. There's no way to turn this off.
